Swatch Store

A feature that allows customers to explore and order fabric samples before purchasing a sofa.

the problem

  • Primary ad landing page and acquisition funnel was difficult to navigate
  • Limited filtering options made it hard to find the right swatch
  • Lack of real product photography and minimal guidance hurt confidence

the Solution

  • Expanded filters with icons for faster, clearer selection
  • Added a toggle to switch between swatch and sofa imagery
  • Redesigned cards to clarify how to view details or add to cart
  • Dedicated space in the details modal for product photography

A site replatform created an opportunity to rebrand with improved consistency, accessibility, and identity.

  • Several partially-completed rebrands left inconsistent treatments across the site
  • Color and text treatments were not ADA-compliant

  • No design system made it slow to build new pages or onboard designers

Product Bundling

A modular interface that allows customers to add entire outfits, capsules, or bundles to their cart.

the problem

  • No way to add curated outfits or capsules to the cart in one action
  • Merchandising team wanted to promote full outfit collections but lacked the tooling
  • Customers adding individual items had no in-context sizing guidance

the Solution

  • Designed a modular add-to-bag interface supporting full outfits and capsules
  • Added per-item sizing links based on user testing feedback
  • A/B test vs. traditional shopping grid: +40% transactions, +18.2% revenue-per-session
  • Expanded the interface for holiday gift bundles and styling guides
